Admin Need to Manage:

• change status to "Shipped" extensions will show 2 fields  Tracking Number and Carrier 
• if tracking number is added and is selected and carrier  delivery company extension will generate order comment based on defined template
• notify customer option is auto selected

Now if admin save order history customer will see details about shipment
