2. FIND AND REMOVE:

4. FIND (THE FIRST INSTANCE ONLY):

if (!in_array(strtoupper($this->currency->getCode()), $currencies)) {
    $order_info['currency_code'] = 'USD';
}

Change "USD" with your choice of supported currency.
